Could a plymouth laser with a beat a 2004 dodge stratus R/T in a race?

The dodge stratus R/T has a 2.5 inch cat-back and a flow master super 44 exhaust on it and it's a slap stick (semi auto), the laser has a turbo but i'm not sure what kind the turbo is....
oh yeah and the plymouth laser in all manual
