One of the cutest costumes is a gypsy and it's pretty easy to do, too. Just get a long full skirt from Goodwill in a bright color and wear a contrasting color long sleeved top. Then take a big square scarf that you fold in half to make a triangle. Tie the two end points around your waist so the big triangle hangs down over your hip on one side.
Wear sandals, big dangly earrings (the bigger the better), and several bead necklaces and some bangle bracelets, too. If your hair is longish, wear it down and maybe curled. You'll look awesome so have fun!! : P
