Cost of removing restrictor on Suzuki GSF 650 - K8 motorcycle?

I own an '06 GSF650, and if it is restricted, it must be up past the 200 kmp/h point. I've had her up that high, and it still feels like there is a little more to go.

Does anyone know how the Suzuki GSF 650 K8 motorcycle is restricted and approximately how much it should cost to remove the restriction?
EDIT/ Its a european bike. Factory restricted if that helps.
