My car's headlights wouldn't turn on, but all the other lights were working: brights, brakes, turn signals...So I took it in yesterday to get repaired and the mechanic said the switch was broken from my car shorting out at some point and the wire melted, so he replaced it and it cost close to $400 (the labor was $125ish). Does this sound right, or did I get ripped off? I have a 2001 Dodge Neon by the way
