cost of landscaping for newly built house?

back yard 53x 85 front yard 30x 50 each side 10
like to know cost of landscaping with or without fence..thanks
in chicago area
 
A general rule for landscaping a new house is to figure about 10% of the cost of the house.
I know it seems high, but that's how it generally ends up.
