Cost of installing 2 twelve inch Kicker comps?

This includes whatever this would take. I have a stock speaker system now with none of the required equipment. What exactly would I need? Deck? Amp? Etc.

Also, for listening to rap with heavy bass, which would produce better sound two twelves or one 15?
