The cons - 'new hands today.....a new body tomorrow'
- people looking for perfection
- medical complications

Any recent trends. Any social, economic or environmental factors concerning local people or the whole country/world to why they would opt for cosmetic surgery. Any other facts or reasons that I missed out?

Having to go through a Scottsdale plastic surgery has both good and bad benefits depending on the patient. If the surgery has a purpose like contouring or repairing and healing scars then it's all good.
