Cortisone Injection

Hi Cassie: Is the area around the injection site red, warm, and looking like it's infected? Something just doesn't seem right to me, but I'm not a Dr. Can you find a new Drs. office and make an appt. or go to urgent care? You need to find a Drs. office where they give a damn. Please find someone else and good luck.

Thank you for replying. The injection site is warm to the touch and the pain extends into my whole foot and ankle. The bruising is also warm to the touch and is sore.

Thank you for replying. What would it look like if it got infected? Why is it still sore for three weeks?

I got a cortisone injection in my left wrist before I had that surgery and I didn't have any complications with that injection.
