I-Need-Help-Sumtimes

I'm getting a doberman soon and I'd like to be prepared for everything it's going to do such as whether or not it will chew up everything I own or try to follow me on my way to school (my old miniature dachshunds used to do that and it was a real pain because they somehow kept getting out of the house or off the line to follow me). Does anyone know a site where I can get that information? Preferably an easy to navigate sight that also tells me what I can do to prevent this behaviour. Thanks so much for your help.
