Usually I walk with my shoulders slightly in front of my chest, but ive noticed doing this causes my shoulder blades to stick out at an angle which looks strange. Am I supposed to hold my shoulders behind my chest, is this healthier? Ive tried doing this for a few days, it puts my S blades away lol but makes my upper body feel tensed, and sorta uncomfortable. Should I just get used to this?
ALSO: should I keep my shoulders back constantly, even when say im sitting in a chair or in the bath, or just when im walking or standing etc,
