Corpse Bride (who has seen it? what do you think?)

Saw this movie last night and I have to say I loved it, although I found it sad in a way. I will definately buy the DVD when its out. Another great film by Tim Burton. But then again, I like 90% of his stuff anyway!

Just out of curiosity, what were the films in the 10% you didn't like? I'm not keen on his Pee-Wee film to be honest, but it still had typical Burton-esque themes and imagery in it. :)
 
pee wee's big adventure and planet of the apes, although i know alot of people liked planet of the apes, i just didnt like it that much. his work on the batman films were good too, quite dark like they should be. although i heard he wasnt really for doing the batman movies, he was pressured into it or something.

either way, ill be getting some corpse bride merchandise to go with my nightmare before christmas merchandise :D
 
I saw this movie on Wednesday and loved it

I'm always a fan of animated films that play close attention to detail and this one really does!
 
I saw it last week and thought it was great. The fact that it was only 70 odd minutes didn't bother me at all, because the plot was kinda flimsy and I don't think it would have benefitted from being padded out too much. It was the right length for the story.

And did anyone else think the Corpse Bride was really quite hot? You know, for a lump of plasticine...
