Corel Draw x4 photo editing help pls!?

ok I have been asked to take pictures of rooms from a digital camera and take out the wall color so that we can try different colors to see how it would look. I'm used to photo shop but I need to use corel draw to do it can anyone help me or link me to a tutorial about editing in this way? I've been able to select the wall in cutout lab but that only erases the rest of the room which is not what I need.
