Ok, so I just got this, I am a pro at photoshop, but cannot figure out the basics on Corel Draw 10. I'm using the photo-paint program to edit a pic I have. I've gotten as far as getting the pic pasted on the page, but I'm trying to edit it, like adding the artistic options, like charcoal, or blurr, crayon, stuff like that, but nothing is happening. Someone I have to unlock the pic so that it can be edited, but I don't know how. Anyone that can help, it will be much appreciated!
