Let's say you create a design for a client, etc..
Let's say the client doesn't pay or doesn't want that anymore.
You decide to register the copyright for yourself.
for copyright registration purposes, Is it considered a "published" work because you showed to a client or "unpublished" because you only showed to one person who didn't pay for the design????
This is a very tricky question.
Anyone knows the answer for sure without guessing?
