I have some DVD’s that I am trying to copy to USB flash drives. I have tried a variety of DVD ripping software and a variety of outputs (wmv, vob, etc). I have even been able to merge the files in to 1 video file.
The problem I am having is when the final ripped copy is produced; the DVD menus are not part of the final product. For example, on 1 DVD when you insert the disc, a top menu plays and you have to choose which video you want to see before it shows anything. On the other DVD, the “choice menu” is at the middle (so it goes intro video, then choice menu).
I am not sure if it is the software I am using, the method or outputs I am using, or if this can even be done.
Background: on the DVD’s I have access to the Audio TS and Video TS files. The DVD discs are past work I have done for customers; they are asking me if they can be put on flash drives for marketing purposes (and yes, the flash drives are big enough to hold the movies).
