Copy a video onto flash drive.?

I want to put this video on my flash drive so I can take it to my church and play it. I don't have access to the internet at my church so I need to put it on my flash drive and be able to play it through windows media player. It has a link where you can send the video to your e-mail so I tried it then I was going to save the file through my e-mail... but, I sent it twice and never received it in my e-mail account.

It's an flv file, meaning that a flash file (swf) is playing within a "container". You can convert this to a .avi (audio/video) file or to a .swf (flash) file and then play it either with media player or in a browser.
