Yeah, I've seen that in a few fandoms too.

And people can like/dislike whoever they want and everyone has different tastes. But if you hate on the main character to the extent that you ignore plotlines and developments and refuse to accept him or her as the main character, don't act all surprised/hurt/indignant/whatever when that character gets the main focus/romance/final storyline. :lol:

I mean, the writers have a main character they focus on for a reason, and just because you don't like it, it doesn't mean it's wrong or the writers are stupid. It's not the writers fault some people decide to wilfully ignore what's in front of them.
