I never understood the Jack hate either but i guess -refers mostly the American viewers- there is a thing called "hating the good main characters" I see it in other fandoms as well. I think its a cool thing to hate the mains :lmao:

Lost has been lucky because it was a great show that everyone was trying to copy and because they had an end date. Decided after I Do, since after that episode Lost has lost a looooooot of viewers. I wonder why :goof:

And that is the honest truth. I thought Fox was prob just about the best actor on the show but I didn't actively care about Jack or Kate or their relationship until that scene in early s3.

And I come online and realise that Jack was the subject of irrational hate which made me get behind the guy even more - especially since his 'non-existent' relationship with Kate was blatantly getting to some people; they were getting all hot and vexed over Jate like it was a bona-fide threat or smth. That's when Habte knew she was onto a winner :lol:

And then hearing about the hilarious personal attacks on Fox to desperately prop up another male actor who happened to be in the ship of their choice, made me relish the inevitability of Jack fcking everybody over come the finish - with Kate in tow. May 23! What a day that was.
