do any one know how to make any nokia ring like cops phone i mean ....noise then that weired rin then talk then ring then the turn of the otherman to talk lol somthin like this
 
huh? You mean like a walkie talkie?

Or like a NexTel phone?

As far as I know, there's no cell phone made for police use.
 
yeah i heard bout such generation of phones nextel ...etc but i'm not interested in direct connection i'm interested in tha nice thing when usin such stuff i mean the ptt n that special sound like cops radio u know wht i mean dude .............ermmmmmmmmmmm is it possiple to create that trick a normal cell phone like nokia or motorola??

you could download some police radio sounds and beeps and create an mp3 and send to your phone...then instead of it ringing, you would hear the sound.
"beep.....[static]...unit 91, do you need my assistance?....unit 91 come in..."

Is THIS the sound you're talking about? That's a Nextel chirp. All the cops around where I live use Nextel phones and that's what it sounds like when they use their 2-way radio.
 
yeah that's exactly wht i want but the poinnt is how to introduce it while talkin
