Hello, I purchased my first home in Westchester County NY 3 years ago, Mortgage is $590 per month. My maintenance fees are $740 currently. When i moved in,they were around $600. This seems to be the case with all of the other owners in building. Cellphone Buildings,, (Actual enclosures that you have to open a door to go inside) have been hoisted onto the top of each of the three buildings in the complex. Aside from being an eye sore and having great cell phone service. Should the maintenance fees be adjusted for the reimbursement that is being payed to the management company or our budget and where can I find out how much money is being given back to us. This info since i have lived here has not been disclosed. If it has it was not communicated properly. It seems that our management company has their own lawyers, and in house accountants that make it easy to manipulate words and numbers on expense budgets etc. Need an advocate and advise
