Coolest Toon Car

I'll admit to start with, i'm biased as a Scooby fan; I would say the Mystery Machine(either version) or Shaggy's truck(from Scooby Doo and the Boo Brothers), or Shaggy's race car(from Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf), those were pretty cool.

Second would be the Batmobile, no question
 
A couple of other ones I like are the Shirt Tales' STSST (Shirt Tales Supersonic Transport) and Dangermouse's car. As for sentient ones, Speed Buggy hands down!
 
Hmm if we're talking sentient cars I can't help but mention Bumbo the little living car looking for its mother and who would turn super strong when smelling a flower :D
 
Sorry to bring this thread up again, but I had to include this one and I just couldn't believe I didn't before: Hong Kong Phooey's Phooeymobile.
