coolant leak 1974 Dodge Dart Sport?

i have a 1974 dodge dart sport and it was sitting for like 3.5 years and the radiator was empty i filed it.started and then its sat for the last 2 months now i noticed a slow drip of cooland underneath the car were the transmission meets the engine and its not from were the hoses meet the fire wall.
 
its a freeze plug i would put money on it look around were it is leaking a freeze plug is a common to go to go out i had to change one in a 318 dodge was pretty easy u just knock old one out put new one in and tighten the screw it is rubber and will fill the hole and was like 5 bucks
