...broth count? I like to use mushrom broth because I usually have mushrooms handy and I like to make my own cause it is all natural. I have this recipe book and this one recipe which looks good, lists stock or canned beef boulon, it is a sauce.
Other recipes actually specify that you could use mushroom broth or another kind, which was how I got the idea.
