...chicken stock cubes ....? .... can I use beef stock cubes when I chuck it all in the casserole pot to simmer?

Well, you would be overestimating my literacy and underestimating my sloth to think that I would read that library that you've just vomited here.

But, having made it as far as "Coo..." I will respond that this is the sound that a dove makes.
 
Are you kidding? I use beef stock all the time for chicken and turkey. I'll use chicken broth when cooking pork and beef, too. I like for my food to contain as many animals as possible. It's the next best thing to virgins' blood.
