I've never cooked with zucchini before i'm making this recipe that i found it's pork chops with zucchini stuffing. The recipe called for 3 cups of zucchini when i went to the store and looked for 'zucchini' in the produce department all i could find was labeled 'zucchini squash' (green looks like a small cucumber) is there a difference or something ? isn't zucchini a squash? My other question is are you supposed to remove the skin when cooking it?
