I just used my silicone bakeware for the first time the other day... It said in the instructions that greasing/flouring wasn't necessary, but I was paranoid and did both (heart shaped cake) and it came out fine. Make sure you put a cookie sheet or something like that underneath, they're too floppy to just go in alone.
