Cooking with new silicone pan...?

I just bought a silicone pan for cooking quiche, but all the recipes I've found on makinng quiche is cooking it on top of the stove and putting it in the oven. It needs to cook on the stove first for it to set, I think. So how am I supposed to use a silicone pan for this? I have an electric stove. Can I put the silicone pan on there first to let it set, or I don't know what to do. Please help!

No, you can't put silicone on a stove burner. Your quiche should set up fine if you start it at 425°F and turn it down to 350° after fifteen minutes. If you're set on using your old cooking process, you could probably set the quiche pan in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
