Cooking with a lot of milk! A LOT of milk...?

So I bought a gallon of milk a while back and then a few days later my husband bought another gallon and we hadn't even opened the first!

So now I have two gallons of milk that will expire next week and i wanna use them.

I've been eating cereal every day but I'm not making a big dent lol so can anyone give me a recipe for meals that use a lot of milk?
