I love watching cooking shows, but tonight as I watch one of my favorite show it dawn on me that these chef do not practice washing their hands regularly while preparing food. Since there is such a big issue about cross contamination, I often wonder how the judges can eat the food without wonderingbif anyone washbtheir hands before preparing the dish. How dobyou feel about handwashing and food?
