Cooking Salmon Steaks so someone who doesn't really like fish will like it.?

No one but me and my mum in my family likes fish, so normally if we have fish only me and my mum has the fish and everyone else has beef or lamb.

Tommorrow my brother says he will try a salmon steak. I want him to like it so we can have fish more often. What is the best way to cook it?
