I have (suddenly) been asked to cook sunday dinner for a girl soccer team, and I really don't know how to do it. I can roast potatoes, and cook vegetables but how do I cook pieces of chicken? I have what is called 'leg quaters' and 'drumsticks' but I have never roasted or cooked Chicken in my whole life... should I cook them first, and then roast them? How long should they be in the oven? What temperature? ...I really done know... PLEASE HELP!!!

I used to work at a banquet hall. Here is a very fast and easy way to cook them. The oven is at 350. Cut the chicken drumsticks from the thighs. If you flip them over to the wrong side you will see a small line of fat. Cut along that line until you reach bone. Snap the joint then cut the rest of the way through. Use a large bake sheet or as many as you need. Rub each piece of chicken with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Bake 45-60 min.
