I hardly ever cook, but a friend told me of a recipe where you mix cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of chicken broth. Then pour this over a chicken breast and let it cook for about 30 minutes..
I'm very worry about chicken not being cooked enough, I realize that I can cut it open see if its pink or if juices are running clear yet.
My question is... Is this an ok recipe? Out of it's simplicity.... is it ok to mix the cream of mushroom and chicken broth and then pour it over raw chicken... and THEN cook?!

Well Jason, I have other things I'm going to do with it.
Once it's all done I will add raw onions because I like their crunch. Then pour this all over some noodles that are boiling right now. I also have already minced some garlic.
I was simply inquiring about the health effects... as in... would it be able to cook this particular way.
