I have allways wanted to go into medicine. It could be because that's the only job i really know of because both of my parents do it. I'm taking courses that I would have to do to get into a good medical school. But, I'm also taking a cooking and hospitality course that i also really enjoy. Plus, my class had a presentation today from a very prestigious cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu. It is probably the top cooking school in the world, and there is one of them right near my home. the tuition is $46,000 (knives, clothing, ingredients....) which is alot for a 9 month course, but 99% of the students who graduate get jobs right away. I am starting to think about going into cooking to become a chef. Both my parents really want me to go into medicine, so I'm in a dilemma. Should i just forget about it or keep thinking, because although medicine seems cool, i LOVE to cook.
I've allways liked cooking, but this recent course and presentation made me start to think of it as a job opportunity.
It's not just my parents that want me to get into it. I think it would also be cool to go into medicine
