Cooking microwavable fish fillet meal without microwave.?

I have these frozen fish fillets in sealed bags that are meant to be put in a microwave to cook. I do not have a microwave. Can I thaw them and grill them? or would they be best steamed after thawed. Cheers.
The fish is already cooked, just frozen.
