cooking fresh or frozen jellyfish?

My family loves to try new foods and most things I can find recipes for, or at least instructions on how to prepare the ingredient so that it is cooked properly. However, I recently found frozen jellyfish at my local asian market (god I love that place). I've found that most people making reference to jellyfish preparation are talking about a salted and dried variety. I'm hoping that someone will have some experience with either fresh or frozen jellyfish and how it should be prepared.
