Hi everyone! I'm new to cooking so i got some questions.
1. Can i pour a lot of olive oil into a pot and cook fries in it?
If not how come?( I know heat does something to olive oil but don't know why)
2. Can I saute the fries in a little olive oil?
If i can do any of them, how long would it take?
Sorry I don't have any other oil at home and cannot currently buy any.
