My mil and fil are coming over tomorrow for dinner for the first time. I want to cook something fairly simple and fool proof, yet still good enough to WOW them...
Mil mentioned lasagna but she doesn't like certain ingredients (I just can't remember which ingredients...I think it's ricotta but I don't want to chance it...)
