Ok, today I had decided to make a Hooters Buffalo Recipe I found. I defrosted the chicken and all and made a nice breader to go with it. After you coat the breader with it, it's suppose to sit in the fridge for 60-90 min. Okay but here's the thing, when my mother and father came home, they had brought me something to eat so I decided to make the wings tomorrow and I would keep them in the fridge until then. But when I just checked it (because I was curious) it was sticky and had a gummy texture. I also noticed a red liquid under them. What is going on?

They are gummy because they sat too long. Just re-coat.
The red is the blood, but thats normal. This is what I would do- I'd take a bowl and put like a cup of flour in it and set the wings in there. Then they will be ready to fry, or fry now and eat tomorrow.
