Ok so hi it is Taylor I am asking about the difforent fat's I'm a little bit comfused it. Because today at class we had to answer the foodguide qustions about difforient food groups and I don't under stand.And need help. What does good fat mean and bad fat mean?I rely don't get is what my teacher means by 34- 35 ml a day can someone tell me please. I also have to ask why do they have to use butter and rather then oil? why is meat bad for you but at the same time it is good for you. and why fo we have so many difforent food groups? and witch food group do you need more? grape's
