If anyone has a good recipe that I can use that will "hide" the taste of catfish to make him think it is another fish...PLEASE PLEASE send it to me!!!! Or post a link where I can find it! Thank you!
Well, catfish also has a different texture too. but this kind of covers it up for me.
wrap the fillets in parchment paper. get the paper a bit wet and just cover it all with salt and bake at 350 for 15 mins i think...(don't take my word on the baking, my friend does that )
