a family tradition was my dad used to make a special punch for new years eve, and some other special occasions, he used an anodised bucket that was not used for anything else,
the day before :drain 2 large cans of pine apple pieces,keep juice, add about 8 cups sugar and a bottle of brandy,on the day add 1 flagon of dry white wine, 2 bottle lemonade, 1 bottle soda water, the pineapple juice and half bottle of vodka. serve in a punch bowl with ice cubes.
yummmmyyyyy.be warned, you will be dancing on the ceiling after 2 cups.!!
