I got some bear steak and I'm about to cook it tonight...When my mom cooked it for me found how in a old school recipe book and she cooked it in a frying pan and then put it in the oven for a while but I cannot get hold her now and I would like to cook what she gave me tonight....could anyone help me out... thanks...
