Can anyone tell me what would happen if I did this.
1.heat about two cups of water to 75 degrees celsius in a small pan.
2.pour one of the eggs into the water in the pan.
3. observe the egg and record your observation
4.repeat steps 1-3 twice, once with bopiling water and then room-temperature water.
