T Tootie11 New member May 22, 2010 #1 Put 2 boneless chuck roasts (about 5 lbs.) with onions, carrots and potatoes and a can of beef broth in at 250 degrees and 4 hrs. later it's still not done. Should it take this long or should I turn up the temp. The meat still seems tough.
