We're having dinner guests tonight and my husband wanted to serve a prawn cocktail. He just went out and bought prawns but they are frozen. We have 2.5 hours until guests arrive. What do we need to do to defrost the prawns and serve them in a prawn cocktail? Do we need to reboil them quickly before serving to kill off any bacteria or to take off the frozen taste?
