I am making a couple of freezer meals for a friend and one of them will not be frozen because I am making it tomorrow morning and she will be eating it tomorrow night. I need to give her the EXACT cook time because she has NO BAKING/COOKING talent what so ever. I am making a Cheese Tortalini in a Meat Sauce. Everything will be pre-cooked and I just need her to bring it to temperature. How long and at what temperature should she bake it (or heat it up) at?

Thanks for the quick response but I was wondering what temp & how long because this is homemade and not a meal you would bake. It just needs to be warmed up. Thanks for the help.
