so im starting a high proteein diet to bet ripped ( yea sounds cheesy idc haha)
and i wanna make protein shakes in the morning and throw in some eggs, the only problems is if i eat a raw egg everyday in it my chances of salmonella are kinda high
so would it work if i were to cook the eggs over easy then blend them in the shake?
