Hi All
If i have in my freezer:
Frozen Fish (either bought from the supermarket as frozen fish or fish that ive marinated and frozen)
Meats (that i have bought from the butchers, frozen or marinated and frozen, or cooked and frozen)
Chicken (as with meats above)
Then is it ok to take out the frozen above, and to either boil/fry/steam without defrosting first? I think it is because im guessing the cooking temperature will defrost and cook the meat and any germs
If yes great, if no please explain and suggest what I should do, as i dont want to spend all day defrosting and cooking when i come home from work
Thanks
