cook county house arrest box?

ok i got a bracelet on my ankle and a box in my house that has to be connected all day.. there are 3 lights on the back of the box the one on the left always stays on the one in the middle is always off and the one on the right is always on i noticed the one in the middle turned on for a second then turned off im afraid it might be something bad does anyone know what it might mean i was already accused once of leaving my house 5 times when i never did so im worried that it might mean i left or something when i didnt any info would be helpful thanks
