...Democratic 39% of the time. Wha? Cook County has a large number of registered voters. Suppose Cook County votes Democratic 39% of the time. What is the probability that a random sample of 3 registered voters all vote Democratic? These events are (theoretically) dependent. Why is it acceptable to assume independence for our calculation? HELP HOW DO I DO THIS>!?!?!
